What We Collect

• Email address — provided when you run a simulation. Used to deliver reports and manage your account.
• Simulation data — the documents/scenarios you submit. Used only to generate your prediction report.
• Usage data — IP address, simulation count. Used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• Google account info — if you sign in with Google: name, email, and profile picture. No passwords are stored.

How We Use It

• To run simulations and deliver reports
• To manage subscriptions and billing (via Stripe)
• To prevent abuse and enforce usage limits
• We do NOT sell your data to third parties

Third-Party Services

• OpenAI — processes your simulation prompts (subject to OpenAI's usage policies)
• Stripe — handles payment processing
• Google OAuth — handles authentication
• Render — hosts the application

Data Retention

Simulation data is stored for 90 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@forjaicompany.com.
